I spent a lot of time in Taiwan and Japan and enjoy that there’s zero tipping culture (if fancy restaurants have tip, it’s just already included and at most 10%).

I also tip Uber drivers if their chat has actually been good.

Oh interesting. I’m wary of apps, as many have shady policies where tips are not fully given to them, etc etc. lots of stories around. But unless it’s really dangerous driving, it’s always a 5 star + compliments from me.

Hmmm that’s not something I thought of. I need to check it as that would change things.
