In July, decentralized exchanges (DEX) based on the Solana network surpassed Ethereum in terms of trading volume for the first time. According to DeFiLlama data, Solana protocols accounted for 30% of the total transaction volume of decentralized exchanges, while Ethereum had 28.12%. Solana's DeFi ecosystem processed $56.849 billion in transactions, compared to Ethereum's $53.867 billion, the report said.
