I have a negative attitude towards people drunk on the street, but that's half the trouble. Yesterday I saw from my window a drunken group of 3 people standing drinking. Then a four-wheeler drove up to them, from there drunken bull-driver falls out and joins them. I didn't even hesitate, I called the police. The cops came pretty fast. And I don't consider myself a snitch or anything. And I hope most people would do the same.
