We often focus on USD stablecoins, but what about EUR stablecoins? 🏦 

Société Générale, a French bank, just launched its own stablecoin, "EURCV," which inspired me to look into the current trading volume of EUR-backed stablecoins.

The results? They're tiny compared to USD stablecoins, only €132M vs. USD stablecoins' massive $92.16B market.

EURCV itself has seen just 15 transactions and €1.4M in the past 30 days, a drop in the ocean.
