The Intel Pentium Pro processor is one of the first processors released by Intel. It was released in 1995 and was the first processor to support Hyper-Threading technology, allowing the processor to handle two streams of data simultaneously. It also had high performance and low power consumption, making it a popular choice for home and office computers. However, with the advent of new technologies and processors, Pentium Pro lost its relevance and was replaced by more modern processors.
