Dessert from the Birch Petersburg restaurant: tonka bean cream, currant ice cream, raspberry mousse and fermented wild berries are spread on a mirror surface, sprinkled with meringue "snow". We get a delightfully beautiful and delicious picture! Handmade candies are lying around in secret drawers. I have never seen a more beautiful presentation of dessert in my life.
