Hey everyone! For those who want to lose weight. Today I'm going to be making some buns, come cook with me! Here's the recipe: a package of 5% fat cottage cheese, one egg, a pinch of salt, 60 grams of gluten-free flour (I'm using rice flour, but chickpea flour works too), 5 grams of baking powder, and a packet of sweetener. Mix everything together, shape it into 4 buns, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (about 390 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes. Give it a try!
