We continue to prepare for summer! Breakfast: Basmati with turmeric, beef heart and chicken liver patties, fresh cabbage salad with herbs and cucumber, a little mustard oil, 1/4 avocado, mung bean sprouts, spinach and cherry tomatoes, chicory and apple-chocolate brownie (contains egg whites, grated apple, cocoa and a little baking powder and salt - no flour)
