Chicken stewed in tomatoes, with sun-dried tomatoes, onions, garlic, fenugreek,  radish, with herbs, sauerkraut,cherry tomatoes, and two spoons of adamame beans

And my husband has boiled turkey and noodle soup with broth without potatoes) - he can have it 😍

He's a little sick, so he has soup and boiled meat...
