It’s interesting hearing people talk about $Trump on Solana and how if it was on Ethereum the gas fees would be cost prohibitive. While there is some truth in the sentiment 1. People are not viewing rollups as Ethereum, but every chain as its own entity. 2. People don’t know how cheap L2s have gotten.

Would be curious to know what percentage of founders have ADHD. Start ups seem to thrive when their founders capitalize on short term burrs of productivity and fast pivoting between needs. Traits particularly well suited for ADHDrs Chaos for the fly, another day for the spider.

When did you start delegating your work? I’m leading a small team and working towards an MVP for a product that will eventually be initialized as a DAO. While I’ve had some contributions from others, I’ve been handling most of the core work—Solidity dev, frontend, architecture, documentation, finance, you name it. I enjoy the challenge, but I know that transitioning to a DAO structure and scaling effectively will mean bringing others in more formally. For those who’ve been in similar positions: when’s the right time to start expanding the team? How do you balance maintaining control of the product vision with aligning incentives for contributors in a DAO model? Would love to hear your experiences!
