apps i have active group chats in:
- warpcast
- instagram
- telegram
- whatsapp
- messenger
- line
- imessage

Each app has few to dozens of chats and I pruned them aggressively in December.

It's crazy when you consider the context switching.

I have 
-warpcast 
-messenger 
And a phone number to call people hooked into whatsapp to receive an address or confirm n what not. 

If you need to reach anywhere else than the above mentioned platforms that sounds like a problem.
