My weakness is my busy daily schedule. I wish to commit to do a lot of stuff one of them is the never skipping a day at the gym / or meeting my old friends every now and then as much as i love my work i hate it sometimes

i believe you can do it. you might just have to scale your goalsnnsmall steps are sometimes more impactful than consistent steps (i think)
