Friends, do not bother to colour your story. If u have to tell it, tell it as it is. It does not have to fit into popular narratives. You are unique in your own way. You may not like ur journey but let me tell you something...ur story may become an inspiration to someone as it is.. . Never try to turn back ur odometer. Let it read, untampered.. Be proud of ur scars. Your scars are a sign that u have made wrong moves & got injured in life but you survived them all. Those scars are a testimony that you have been thrown to the wolves but you returned home. Your wrinkles are a good reminder that you have been around for a while & that your face has experienced extremes of emotions. You have had to cry some of the time & you have also had some good laughs. And your worn-out shoes? They speak to the fact that you have come a long way & some of the roads that you travelled were not even paved. For all the good moments, be happy & thankfully. For all u have had to endure in life, please congratulate urself.
