Lately on the CT various people have been receiving airdrops for  just posting here on X. If you happened to have connected your account to @KaitoAI earlier on you have likely received an airdrop. 

This a new(not really) narrative in crypto known as information finance(InfoFi).

What is InfoFi?

Traditional financial markets operate through using information  to allocate funds such as facilitating trades for example having the knowledge that Trump would win the election made it likely that Bitcoin will have a bull run in the long term

InfoFi is trying to structure the market to reveal useful information rather than only facilitating trades.

Its about believing you have the right information and betting on it therefore having skin in the game.

A good example was when @Polymarket was used to predict

Trump's win in the last election where poly market overwhelmingly predicted his reelection. 

Right now yapping in Kaito has really introduced a very unique way of monetising useful info in X.

So you have simply used the info to allocate your capital. But sometimes the information is not reliable because there is no meaningful way to incentivise market participants to elicit truthful information.

Here comes InfoFi.
