Which of the following would you take a bet on and why? A. a founder that pivots to completely new ideas every 3 months B. a founder that doesnβt pivot at all for 3 years (but is yet to see any positive traction inspite of the product being good in theory)

Does βAβ stop on the right ideas and see them through, or no?

I'd choose the first founder especially if it's a new project. Which kind of founder would you choose.

Itβs actually a combination of both. A founder who is open to new ideas every 3 months but can keep the overall direction and strategy in mind. Being open to A in order to achieve the goals of B.

A - all day Very few Bs would actually be right At least A is taking multiple shots on goal and finding a way forward The caveat is a small % of B will change the world - but the idea has to be so contrairion, it can't feel remotely rational otherwise they wouldn't go that long without traction - skill issue
