Really good question. I recently made the resolution to give myself more space for nothing. Like, if I’m walking, I don’t need a podcast on. If I’m waiting in line, I don’t need to scroll. Even in the bathroom, I don’t need my phone! More opportunities for spontaneity and the possibility of interaction. But I can’t say I’ve been bored.
