We need more technical support (technical ambassadors, documentation) in native language (spanish) ... in latam, we have great talents, but some  times, we have problems with a second language..

Support for local communities and initiatives (hackathons, workshops)

Dedicated team and/or confidence in people who can build up a community (check what Vara has been doing in México)

And openess to protocol collaboration. We're still growing, don't try to "take all the cake" or "compete for the market"

On chain ⛓️‍💥 activities, transparency, coordination.

Financial incentives are very important at this point, but beyond money, good documentation, easy to understand tutorials and a vibrant community are quite interesting attractions for us as builders when choosing a new protocol.
