Land owners can borrow against their tokenized land using it as collateral within other protocols. We don’t provide the capital ourselves.

we have a partnership and ongoing loans with @nftfi . We have also seen loans on @arcade-xyz and expect to see people using Fabrica assets on other platforms like @metastreet .
