Flexibility comes from fostering initiative among subordinates but will power and bravery comes from leadership. I would have thought it was the other way around. Will & bravery are inherent and flexibility come from receptive leadership.

At my peak strength (high school) I could do 100 push-ups in one set. Amazing how much weaker I became 15 years later. I'm doing `floor(2.5 * single-set-max)` each day. Let's see how long it takes to get to 50 push-ups in one set.

I just realized, American companies invest in productivity (SaaS tools) to help with high labor costs. Indian companies just higher more low paid workers. Combination of culture and market forces.
