In Korea, we eat fatsia sprouts during this season. There are many ways to eat them, such as frying, blanching them in boiling water, and just eating them It is a special experience if you put rice and fatsia sprouters in seaweed like gimbap and dip them in gochujang sauce (cho-jang in Korean).
