💯 It's challenging for chains to be decentralized (run as DAOs) and coordinate their assistance to builders, grants, conferences, etc. Can be messy at worst, beautiful when it works. @base and @0xpolygon do this well. Who else?

This would be hilarious except that the SEC's criminal ambiguity is causing real harm to real people -- consumers get no guidance on what they need to report; builders get no guidance on what they can build. Everybody loses. Needs to change!!
