The most insane elk day we had, two bulls in 5 minutes on block management (private) ranch land.  We were getting ready to gutless quarter them and have a long day of hauling out 3 miles when the rancher showed up in the field out of nowhere and offered to load them with his flatbed bailer.

Wow ,it shows how much u know about wildlife ethics …those are the main factors actually .more again ,selective hunting applies to only adults and excludes young’s and pregnant animals

I could go on about how fucked poaching is.   I advocate against our states shoulder seasons as it is, we shouldn’t target animals after breeding season or when they’re food access is limited,  too much stress on the animal and it’s not fair chase.  The vast majority of Montanans think poachers can get fucked.
