@base user retention numbers are crushing it

base maintains ~15% retention. for context, most chains lose 85%+ of users after month 1 and drop to 3-8%

but here's where it gets interesting: base users are actually coming BACK around month 9-10, a "revival" pattern pushing retention back up to 19%

onboarding the masses isn't just about getting users in the door - it's about giving them a reason to stick around

and base's "build for normies" approach is clearly doing something right
