I’ve been in crypto for a while and always hated the our-chain-is-better-than-your-chain narrative. Spending time here has been refreshing. People unified to pursue a common goal is the way we win. Secretly everyone wants that, whether they admit it or not.

I believe fiercely on onchain activity as the quintessential credential. 

After 15+ interviews in the last 4 years, I wonder why NO ONE in web3 asks for these during the interview process.
