Crypto has major PMF in 3 main categories: 1) Asset issuance (ICOs, pump fun, polymarket, etc) 2) Secondary markets/DeFi (Uni, Hype, Aave, OpenSea, etc) 3) Stablecoins All successful scaled crypto apps fall into one of these categories. I'm excluding wallets/infra/dev tools since those all rely on Apps succeeding. Airdrops/continuous incentive programs could very likely be the 4th.
