3) connect your wallet to the exchange and at the bottom right Perps - Spot transfer you swap between accounts.

And that's it, you trade on perps and spot with real liquidity above 50m$, but it's not CEX, but liquid DEX with non-lagging orders - Limit, TWAP, Scale.
