What is the longest you have gone without any exercise. Been very busy this week and did not touch a single weight, but have done a lot of walking to supplement. I can’t wait to get back after it this week

Usually a few weeks, then the wife tells me to get outside into the trees and breathe. Been busy myself and know how you feel.
