LayerZero co-founder Bryan Pellegrino posted on social media about the approximate distribution of the LayerZero ZRO token, stating that 23.8% of the ZRO token supply will flow directly to the community and builders. 8.5% of this will be distributed on day one (5% core, 3% RFP, 0.5% community pool).

Most of the remainder will be distributed over the next 36 months, with additional retroactive distributions every 12 months, as well as some potential RFPs for builders.
