What are some important freedoms that traditional freedom indices (Freedom House, Heritage Economic Freedom, etc) are missing?

(note: I *don't* mean in the "real freedom means high speed trains, being safe and having public healthcare" direction, I mean like actual freedoms, but ones that usual indices neglect)

Education - can you home school? 

Most countries demand you send you kid to a state sanctioned institution for 18 years under threat of penalty.  

Crazy to think we are forced to send kids to these quasi jails.
