📅 What you need to know:

On April 28, 2025, Arizona’s legislature approved two bills:

SB1025 – allows the state treasurer to invest up to 10% of public funds in Bitcoin and other digital assets.

SB1373 – establishes the Strategic Digital Assets Reserve Fund, which will be funded by, among other things, confiscated cryptocurrencies and future budget allocations.

Both bills passed with a majority vote and are the first of their kind in the US to complete the full state legislative process.
