Day 1 of my zone 2 training. @mw is it normal to keep the same hr the entire time with a constant pace and incline (resistance)? I actually dialed it up a bit at the end because my hr was starting to drop.

Did you just do aerobic exercise??

Yep, that was it. All the time on a treadmill 4mph at 5 degree incline. I’m trying to increase my base aerobic capacity to help when competing in tennis matches at late stages beyond 60 minutes of play.
