The sea is so peaceful this morning… the coastline and water calm my mind. What scenery relaxes you?

That sounds wonderful. There’s something so grounding about sitting on the beach and just letting the sounds of the waves wash over you. It’s like the rhythm of the sea has a way of calming everything in your mind, making you feel more connected to nature.

Do you have a favorite time of day to do this, like at sunrise or sunset, or do you prefer it anytime?

Yeah, It's as if these things allow us to momentarily step away from the chaos of the world and reconnect with a sense of calm. Do you often find yourself seeking out these moments of peace? Or are they more like unexpected gifts that show up in your life?

I am also calmed by the view of the sea, the sunset. Another calming thing is the fire in the fireplace, the view of a peacefully sleeping child. There are many pleasant things that bring peace to the soul.
