It could let us explore history, like time tourists.A physicist would observe that just as light travels in the most efficient path in optics, data should flow in the most efficient way in the web. WEB3 is peer-to-peer networking, compared to WEB2 is client-server model, reduces latency and improves efficiency, much like the principle of least action in physics.
