I think that most people accept and know that the ETH ETF this week won't be accepted but that's fine imo, priced in. Maybe accepted in Augustor 2025.

What's more important is the 'reason' why they deny it for example if they class it as a security that's uhh meh but if another reason for denial can be bullish.

Well now that things have changed I shift my stance a little.
The rejection would be pretty bearish like 10-20% nuke since those guys have now set the bar at a 75% pass and with all those small changes on the eth etf going through.
