any cc0 lawyers able to answer a quick question? maybe overthinking, but I would hate for someone to steal a higher "trademark" and sue everyone in the community or something is there a way to take Higher as a brand and make it cc0 indefinitely?

* NOT LEGAL ADVICE. CC0s applies to Copyright - not Trademarks. Copyright is granted at the moment of creation of an "original" work. So as long as "Higher" is a "work" and "original", it meets the requirement for Copyright. If $Higher is the name for a token, I do not think $higher on its own would be copyrightable.

* NOT LEGAL ADVICE Trademark is your "brand". You have common-law Trademark wherever distinctiveness is established. Yes, someone can register the Trademark but you may also claim they are domain squatting. To be safe, you should speak to a Trademark agent about Trademarking.
