This, so much. What's the point of being decentralized and all that if you can't even control your own feed?

@warpcast There are so many ways in which you can recommend content (Explore, Trending, All Channels). These are all great! But please let the users retain control over a least one timeline/channel. Without that, for me the experience is worse than on twitter.

@warpcast Also, if a user clicks "Show fewer like this" on unsolicited content, it would be nice if that also actually hides that post from the timeline. Now you have to keep scrolling through posts that you didn't ask for.

@warpcast That "ML model timeline ordering" algo ruined my UX. I only want to receive posts from people I follow. Everything else is spam. If I want to explore what else is happening on here, I would click "Explore". Right now, the only thing I'm doing is click "Show fewer like this" on 90% of the posts on my timeline.

OMG, what have you done? My timeline is suddenly being filled with posts from people I don't follow. I really, really don't want that. If I want it on my timeline, I will follow them. There's a very fine line between "here's a suggestion we think you'll appreciate" and "we know what you want/what's best for you".

Timeline twiddling is exactly what I hate about twitter. All I want is a chronological timeline with statuses/casts/tweets from the people I follow. Nothing more, nothing less. At the moment, it doesn't really matter, my timeline is pretty empty/slow. But I hope you will provide users with a toggle to switch it off.
