It’s literally the dumbest thing. But I hated ETH when I got in this space so it’s only fair it goes to shit when I actually get onboard

Got in around 2019. Mostly played with BTC and DOGE. But actually found the chain Algorand and liked it more just because of its technical capability. But it was not as decentralized and they were also in bed with VCs (some of the worst) still think Silvio created something awesome with Algorand (AVM vs EVM) but the liquidity is just not there after all these years so I pivoted to ETH (mostly base) about 1 1/2 years ago or close to when it launched. Mostly hated ETH because it was slow/expensive and at the time all the KOLs just seemed to gatekeep the space and not let anything that could be better challenge it. Which I still think some of this happens. Like as a human race shouldn’t we just want to use the better tech if it’s available? Also on a funny note I think Algorand just surpassed Ethereum in the amount of people running nodes this week.
