So much can be told about someone in this industry by their onchain activity or what they think about someone elses onchain activity If you're hiring for a role that is looking for someone who is crypto native, you MUST ask for their wallet, or for them to show their favourite wallet and say why they like it

It doesn't have to be your wallet specifically but it shows a lot about someones onchain nativeness if they can find a wallet and say why they like it or why they chose it. Our wallets are our onchain resumes now. You can tell a lot about a person by their wallet history
