ALL 80-130 lb Pacific Bluefin, the first step to deliver sushi grade Maguro for SoCal diners and local fresh fish markets, is of course to capture. One at a time, hook and line, talent fishing with lures, zero bycatch. The only truly sustainable method of practice to ensure we could never deplete the natural recourse we are blessed with.
