This is 100% correct. 

Many of us grinded our way to where we're at. I don't run a channel, I don't run many contests. I shitcast for sure, some days more than others. But I also have genuine conversations with many people out there. 

My recommendation to all of you, don't fish for replies, don't @ people, don't just reply to reply. Formulate thoughts, write genuine, create art, be you.  

You all have a new opportunity tomorrow with the channel changes to make names for yourself. The changes benefit the low followed accounts more than anyone. I expect to see new faces rise.
