2). Reframe negative thoughts and challenge them! Replace "I don't deserve this" with "I earned this". Replace "I failed/screwed up" with "I learned from this"

3). Build a strong support system of friends, family, and mentors to remind you of your achievements and talents who can pick you up when you are feeling down. Remember: Your network is your net worth.

4). Do whatever it takes to change your environment. Go for a walk. Call a friend. Help someone out, And if the problem sustains, reach out to a coach or a therapist to to help you realign if you feel you've strayed too far from the path.
