“Hate engagement” isn’t incentivized on Farcaster like it is on Twitter

Seems to lead to a much more pleasant experience

might change when it gets bigger

would be really cool if channels can scale more effectively than e.g. subreddits do because of the ability to compensate moderators in some way

also introduces new ones

hard to say if it will work long term

but i'm sick of what the ad business model has done to the internet

so i'm willing to try something new
