After you gain 250 followers, you CAN NOT follow more than 4x your followers, or you will lose your tipping privileges (anti-bot measure)

Example:  If you have 1k followers, you can't follow more than 4k accounts.

i didn't see it in the new dune query when it initially launched, but they've been tweaking it and I haven't looked for a bit
