Users with priority mode turned on, like priority mode.

Users without the power badge, don’t like priority mode and want more visibility to users with priority mode turned on.

Making power badge more permissive, increases spam. Makes everyone unhappy (except the spammers)

Solve for X.

the platform is struggling to reconcile these problems:

- discoverability for accounts is terrible, double wen new

- tons of garbage AI spam, fake follows, bot replies

- the home and channel feeds recycle content constantly because the mechanism for identifying and surfacing good casts (even from my follows!) is bad
