Tomorrow August 1st 2024 is going to be the day I'll quit smoking, after smoking for nearly 13 years

I'm going to post daily on my progress, not for likes and stuff, but for myself, to keep myself on track

I will put aside the money I was spending on cigarettes and invest it on a weekly basis, maybe do trading with it, we will see
