Farcaster

Warpcast is currently the most popular client on Farcaster, and this is concerning because it undermines the decentralized nature of Farcaster. This issue can be resolved over time as more users join the platform and new clients emerge.

However, if we change the name of Warpcast to Farcaster now, most new users will only enter through this client, which will make the situation even more difficult. Even if attractive new clients are developed in the future, having a client with the same name as the protocol will confuse new users, making them think that this is the only legitimate client.
