This ain’t no one-off pump and dump. The incoming deregulatory regime might require us to raise both our top and bottom targets for crypto over the next four years.

I agree. I think the fraud will fuel the amount of credit in the system, hence the raised top but the implosion of that much fraud will cause immense pain and take a loooooong time to recover from.
