This will be the first time they’ll last around me since I’m still on that no sugar life πŸ˜‚ Maybe on Halloween I’ll have a cheat day, but not the β€œwalk by the bowl and eat a piece” for 2 weeks leading up to Halloween like years previous lol

No sugar detox? I need one of those but I’m also liking how fast my tits are growing since I started lifting again πŸ˜‚

Hahahaha, I feel that, as someone who’s been pretty jacked in the past, it’s always nice how easy it is to put on some muscle quickly again since those fibres have been torn before. And yup, no sugar since early April, with 3 cheat days so far, one of which was accidental πŸ˜‚ πŸ– x 333 3333 $units

That’s a long time without sugar. Have you noticed it helping much? Yeah man going off and on throughout the years with lifting it’s crazy seeing how fast you can get that strength back with a little persistence and effort πŸ–x690

For sure, I'd say just overall I feel better. Less fatigue, better sleep, stuff like that. I'm sure my insides are probably appreciating it too. The main reason I did it was because my final bloodwork before getting out of the military said pre-diabetic, so I made the brash decision to do this. Haven't had bloodwork since, but I'm assuming (hoping) it's gotten better since doing this. I'm loving doing some training again, even though I'm mostly using dumbbells, kettlebells and bands, I will transition back into the gym at some point too! πŸ– x 1000
