I wonder if FC leans more progressive (maybe… def anecdotal) than Twitter because the user base on FC is, presumptively, more educated in general than Twitter or broader social media. Another theory could be based around the incentives here vs. web2 social media.

Yeah definitely talking more about progressives vs conservatives in general, without naming parties, though there is obviously a strong correlation there in regards to US two party system. And agree that "smarter" is not a reliable comparator whether talking about political parties or just ideologies.
