What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded?

I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO.

What do you think?

An outdated belief I thus should be discarded is “work smarter, not harder” because in reality you need to work smarter and harder tbh 
That’s the only way to achieve max productivity

I look at this in terms of automation so what repetitive task could you turn into a more automated task. I also work pretty hard though so agree completely
